The project focused on expanding and modernizing the existing property to create a welcoming and comfortable destination for Gulf Coast visitors. The hotel blends relaxed island charm with functional, refreshed guest spaces designed to enhance the overall guest experience. Multiple building wings offer a variety of room types, ranging from standard guest rooms to newer, elevated accommodations with scenic views. The thoughtful design balances convenience and comfort, making Hotel Lydia an ideal stay for guests exploring nearby beaches, parks, and coastal attractions.
Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotels Downtown Corpus Christi
This downtown hospitality development is a new Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel located in the heart of Corpus Christi, Texas, designed to expand lodging options in the city’s revitalized core. The project consists of a modern, all-suite hotel featuring approximately 126 guest rooms with in-room kitchens and flexible living spaces to accommodate both short-term and extended-stay visitors. It emphasizes guest comfort and convenience with amenities such as complimentary hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi, fitness facilities, meeting space, EV charging stations, pet-friendly accommodations, and a rooftop bar with Topgolf Swing Suites to elevate the downtown experience. Strategically located near local dining, cultural attractions, beaches, and entertainment, the hotel supports downtown activation and contributes to the area’s economic growth. The thoughtful design and suite-style accommodations make Homewood Suites an attractive destination for business travelers, tourists, and extended stays alike.

Dogtopia
We completed the construction and interior build-outs for multiple Dogtopia dog daycare and wellness centers, a leading national franchise offering premium daycare, boarding, spa, and wellness services. Each location is designed as a safe, open-play environment where dogs can socialize and thrive under professional supervision, featuring specialized rubber flooring, size-segmented playrooms, and live webcams for pet parents. The build-outs required durable, canine-friendly finishes and thoughtful space planning to support active play zones, rest areas, and smooth operational flow. Infrastructure was carefully designed to accommodate high-traffic public use while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. Our work supports Dogtopia’s mission to deliver high-quality, dependable care while enabling franchisees to open new locations quickly and cost-effectively.
